A day at the Spa isn't just about a quick luxury getaway from your day-to-day but can totally provide a reset for your body and mind. In the midst of the overwhelmingness of work, home, and just trying to find balance in the chaos of the last few weeks, a Spa Day was more than needed. I rarely just take days off unless it's for vacation or a holiday, but this was much more than needed. For once, I decided to give myself grace and take a day off. It was definitely the last min.
My friend Kortney and I were already planning to meet up to discuss our plans and visions for Quarter for Bloggers Who Manifest so this was perfect. We met for a Spa Day and we planned our next Q2 [ Create the Vision, Make it Plain] event in just a few hours. This was more refreshing than ever.
If you've been waiting for a sign well here it is, this is your time to unwind and relax. It’s your time to treat yourself to a rare and cherished moment of relaxation. It’s the time that you owe to yourself. You can use the lack of distraction and opportunity to be in the present moment as an excellent way to relax both your body and mind. Whatever you choose, there are a number of benefits that come with a relaxing spa visit.
Spa treatments are perfect for taking care of both, your mental and physical health. They can also offer a completely different peaceful, and serene environment. A relaxing spa visit is the best way to de-stress and calm your mind, enhance sleep, reduce headaches, help to relieve pain, and smooth your skin.
Since then I've had the opportunity to revisit the Spa again and even signed up for a membership. Ironically, a year ago I wrote in my journal that I was going to sign up for a Spa Membership. Well, look at how things have come full circle.
